stress during only bad influential pregnancy for you and baby in your pregnancy. of course in life, we not can prevent a certain bad event happen (for example: death, drive out of, stress job, family problem etc),  and we also not can change emotional we off hand.

but you can try several tips to overcome stress during your pregnancy, to protect you and also your baby is from influence negative stress.


tips overcome stress in pregnancy:

• try to look for cause. try to look for to know to what cause stress anda-- connection personal you or relate to your job,  or another and look for effective road to can overcome and face it.
 • diet to eat good. . when do we well and fit, we can overcome stress by better. for that you must permanent watch over to diet food that well, rest enough,  and will do regular sport that will help you for permanent fit.
 • sport. . watchfulness shows that take exercise during pregnancy bot only make body sehat-fit also make soul that well
 • koid habit unfavorable because emotional factor. . look for alternative when do you be smoke another so much,  or alcohol. try to transfer with take exercise, chat with friend/family, sang, menguyah bubble-gum,  or eat buahan or whatever your refraction do to shift your willing that can endanger your baby is this.
 • communication. . social isolation and alone taste makes you difficulter to face difficulty, sadness. build emotional connection good with pair, family and your friends. communication/ emotional connection good will help you will face difficulty and sadness because support from pair, family and your friend.
 • follow activity. . meditation, meditation and massage will help to decrease strains in your muscles. follow research proved these activities influences body reaction towards stress with demote hormone stress and delay heart tick.
 • istirahatyang pleasant. , lie down in one side (left side is suggest)ed, mengamar lonely, listen to soft music, conceive your self menempat you take a fancy to for example at coast, at park etc.
